The Five Ways to Wellbeing are simple ways to improve mental and social wellbeing.

Practical mental health resources for young people

Aimed at young people aged 18-25, it includes the actions of connect, be active, take notice, keep learning and give.

The Five Ways website has videos for each action and a list of practical resources to help support young people's wellbeing. This initiative has been developed in partnership between Wellbeing SA and the Department of Human Services.
